Tastings notes
Tinted, tiled dress, old gold.
A wine of patience, the breath, and the aromatic unveiling are put in place gradually, it unfolds then with a large creamy and milky span.
The soul expresses the richness of butter, caramel, nuts and forest honey. Then the ballet of aromas scrolls: pastries, undergrowth, brown mushrooms, plum, Mirabelle, fresh coffee and nougatine among others. Expression of an evolution where time does its work.
The mouth is in turn milky, caramelized, biscuit. Under ample texture, roasted almond pastry notes line the flavors.
Wine Pairing
This cuvée will enhance gastronomic dishes such as a lime-scallop
ceviche or a dab filet en papillotte served with a vegetables-brunoise.
